Ch. Sonnenschein Chasn' A Promise
"Jordan"
Jordan is owned by Kathy Heschke. Sonnenschein is grateful that Kathy
has allowed us to continue to utilize her in our breeding program.
Jordan finished her championship at the G.S.C.A. Southern Regional Specialty
in San Antonio, Texas 2000. She is the dam of Sonnenschein "I"
litter whelped in December 2001.
Jordan returned to the show ring in the spring of 2002 winning Best
of Breed over top competition. She received an Award of Merit at the Midwest
Regional Specialty in Ohio, 2002 and won her first Group 1 in October 2002.
Jordan will be shown for a while before retiring again to the whelping box.
The following are excerpts from a letter received by Greg Reyna (Jordan's
Handler) from Hungarian Breeder/Giant Fancier Robert Szabò regarding
Jordan:
"Hi Greg, I saw photo again, so I must write it: She is a super
dog, one of the best of bitches at this time. Her body is harmony, nice
elegant head (not too easy). Long, but not slim neck. Perfect, strong body.
I can see, she has strong bony system (not coat only). Good top and under
lines, short back, good tailset (not terrier), strong legs, the hind is
very powerful (as a working dog), here front angulars is excellent (!!)
(not terrier type, this is the best for me from USA), and hind too. Deep
chest. The body is closed (not air in the middle) and quadratic. Good proportionals,
very good grooming. So, she is an excellent, modern dog!!! (not in USA only).
Please tell my congratulations to Judi, because she made a great.
I think this type will be the future, the mix of elegant and power. And
this keep to the original schnauzer standard. I wish you lot of dogs from
same type."
Jordan is sired by Ch. Eos de Pichera out of Sonnenschein Teutonic Promise,
Tenani. Tenani is sired by Ch. Sonnenschein Risky Business out of Ch. Sonnenschein
